Ante’s passion for New York Real Estate was motivated by his grandparents, who are real estate investors and landlords. From a young age, Ante learned many skills, details and even how to renovate and restore homes. Working in the Home Restoration business, he developed a keen eye for detail and ways to convey his ideas to his client that built their trust in him. After tasking him with what some may call a "mission impossible"--finding a one month lease in a luxury condo building in NYC...on a budget--Ante exceeded my expectations in both finding options for me to select from and making the process seamless and stressless for me. Looking at properties was less of a "chore" than it was a fun activity. Since working with him this January I have sent so many dear friends to him and they too, can only sing praises.

The unit I inquired about had already been rented, but Ante asked what I was looking for and had numerous suitable apartments that met my particular standards to show me. He made great use of our time and was always well prepared and respectful of my budget. He exceeded my expectations, having spent some time with other less organized and unreliable realtors before finding him. He was never pushy, and I never felt pressured to make an on the spot decision. Almost every apartment I was shown was desirable. He really understood what I was looking for in an apartment, which I really appreciated. It is possible to find a renovated apartment in a nice building without spending your life’s savings. It might be a studio and not a 1 bedroom, but renting in NYC is all about compromise. I was impressed with his ability to come up with apartments to see on the spot if I decided I wanted to explore other neighborhoods that afternoon. His patience is outstanding as well as his dedication to his prospective clients. Ante seems to specialize in doorman buildings and has established relationships with management companies and landlords, which as a renter is very important, b/c the really good places always seem to go super quick. So knowing someone on the inside is a bonus. I would recommend Ante to anyone looking for a professional, patient and knowledgeable broker.
